unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Open bids for the 4,400 sq. ft. of concrete for storage area at the Kerr County
Fairgrounds from:
1. Freed and Barker Concrete on the Ag Barn Foundation Project, total
job price - $15,793
2. Montgomery Construction - 1 bid submitted for all 3 of the concrete
items, 4,400 square feet - $16,370
3. Thomas Mall Concrete - $25,800
4. Jim Bitner, Bitner Supply - $22,386.78, materials and labor
5. Schwarz Construction Company - $22,525
And move we accept all bids and refer them to the Maintenance Director for
recommendation.

We hereby submit specifications and estimates for: Concrete at Kerr County Fairgrounds
Will fine grade existing fill, importing fill as necessary, for foundation pad. Will install 6 mil vapor
barrier and place 4400 sq. $. of 5" 3000 PSl concrete utilizing #3 rebar on one foot centers.
Price: $22,525.00
Note: Before construction can begin, underground utilities must be located by Owner or Owner's agent. Schwarz
Construction Co. will not be held responsible for damage to underground utilities unless such are clearly and accurately
marked. Bid does not include utility disconnects, material and/or compaction testing, nor any item not referenced above. Bid
is for continuous flow of work with no interruption by others (one mobilization).
We hereby propose to furnish labor, material and equipment -complete in accordance with
above specifications for the sum of: Twenty-two thousand five hundred twenty-five and 00/100
Dollars ($22,525.00) Payment to be made as follows: Payment in full upon completion of
