VARIANCE TO POSTPONE CONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENTS TO
CHISOIM TRAIL AND PORTIONS OF SEDALIA TRAIL IN LIVE SPRINGS
RANCH
Came to be heard this the 27th day of May, 2008, with a motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Letz. The Court unanimously
approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Grant a variance from the road specifications to widen the road at this point, based
on the revised plat, and that a traffic count be done by Kerr County at the entrance
of the subdivision annually, whenever they deem necessary, and that within 2 years
of the traffic count reaching 800, the road will be upgraded.
