Came to be heard this the 27th day of May, 2008, with a motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court
unanimously approved by vote of 4-0-0 to:
Transfer Ed North from Environmental Health Department to Court Compliance
Department to continue his working arrangements at his existing salary.
