This Commissioners' Court will hold a meeting at 1:00 P.M.,
iesday, November 5, 2008, at the Kerr County Courthouse in the

order to expedite the flow of business and to provide all citizens the
opportunity to speak, the Judge may impose a three (3) minute
limitation on any person addressing the court.
