TRANSFER OF AUTOMOBILE FROM JUVENILE DETENTION FACILITY TO
JUVENILE PROBATION DEPARTMENT
Came to be heard this the 10th day of November, 2008, with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court unanimously
approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to:
Approve transfer of automobile from Juvenile Detention Facility to Juvenile Probation
Department, and transfer of 14-15 passenger van from Juvenile Probation Department to
the Juvenile Detention Facility.
