As you know the Commissioners' Court will begin conducting evaluations for Department Heads that
report directly to Commissioners' Court. To start the process, I am requesting that you provide the
Commissioners' Court at its next meeting, Monday, September 22"d (Item 1.25) with a copy of
Certificates, Licenses or Registrations that are required by law for your respective departments.
