COST OF LIVING (COLA) GRANTED TO KERR COUNTY ELECTED OFFICIALS
IN FY 08-09 BUDGET TO INCLUDE ELECTED JUDICIAL OFFICERS WHOSE
SALARIES ARE ESTABLISHED BY STATE STATUTE
Came to be heard this the 8th day of September, 2008, with a motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court unanimously
approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to:
Not include elected Judicial Officers (i.e. District Judges and County Court at Law
Judge), whose salaries are established by state statute, in our COLA granted to Kerr
County.
