SALARY, EXPENSES AND OTHER ALLOWANCES OF ELECTED KERR
COUNTY OR PRECINCT OFFICERS FOR FY 2008-09
Came to be heard this the 22nd day of September, 2008, with a motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Williams. The Court unanimously
approved by a vote of 3-2-0 (Commissioners Oehler and Letz voted nay, the Chair voted
yea) to:
Adopt, as the Cost of Living Allowance (COLA), 8.12%, in lieu of the 10.381% increase
that was reflected in the public notice and schedule that was provided by notification to
the public, for Elected Officials.
