approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to:
Rescind Court Order #30988 which set a Public Hearing for October 13, 2008, at 10:10
a.m. for Revision of Plat for The Woods, Section Two, Revision of Lots 79, 80, 81, 82 &
83, Vol. 7, Page 369, located in Precinct 2, and to reverse that action and cancel the
Public Hearing until a later date.
