MEGAN MANOR IS A SUBDIVISION THAT WAS PLATTED IN THE 80'S, BUT NEVER
BUILT UNTIL A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO. KEVIN SPRAGGINS DID THE
ENGINEERING FOR NAVA DEVELOPMENT, LTD.
THEY WOULD LIKE FOR MISTY LANE TO BE A COUNTY MAINTAINED ROAD.
WAYNE WELLS DID AN INSPECTION ON FEBRUARY 25, 2008 AND NOTED THESE
REQUIREMENTS THAT NEED TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE MISTY LANE WOULD BE
ACCEPTED:
~ 1. THE RIGHT OF WAY MUST HAVE 80% VEGETATION COVER.
2. THE SILT BEHIND THE SILT DAMS NEEDS TO BE REMOVED.
3. THE SILT DAMS, THAT ARE DAMAGED, NEED TO BE REWORKED.
4. REBLADE/REPAIR ERODED AREAS IN DRAINAGE DITCHES.
5. FILL ERODED AREAS IN THE DRAINAGE CHANNEL TO THE DETENTION POND
WITH ROCK OR STONE.
THESE ITEMS HAVE NOT BEEN COMPLETED TO COUNTY SPECS AS OF 3/26/2009.
AT THIS TIME WE ASK THE COURT TO RELEASE THE WESTERN SURETY
MAINTENANCE BOND #70271788 FOR $25,086.00 AND ACCEPT THE CNA SURETY
BOND #0601 70271788 FOR $25,086.00. THIS NEW SURETY BOND WOULD BE GOOD
