THE THIRD REQUEST IS TO MOVE A FENCE BACK OFF THE R.O.W. TO HELP WITH LINE OF SIGHT AT THE CURVE AND TO MOVE IT OUT FOR SAFETY. 1. 1510 RANCHERO RD HAS A DRAINAGE ISSUE. THERE IS A CULVERT PIPE THAT RUNS UNDER THE ROAD AND COMES OUT ONTO THIS PROPERTY. THE WATER HAS CAUSED RUTS IN THIS PIECE OF PROPERTY. 2. 1500 CALCOTE IS SIMILAR TO 1510 RANCHERO. THERE IS A CULVERT PIPE THAT RUNS UNDER THE ROAD. WATER IS DISPERSED ONTO THIS PRIVATE PROPERTY. THIS PARTICULAR PIECE OF PROPERTY HAS GOATS, WHICH HAS CONTRIBUTED TO THE "NO VEGETATION" ISSUE, WHICH IN TURN HAS AIDED IN THE EROSION PROCESS OF THIS LAND. BOTH OF THESE LAND OWNERS HAVE REQUESTED THAT THE COUNTY MAKE SOME CHANGES IN THE DRAINAGE TO AID IN THE EROSION PROBLEM AND RUTING PROBLEM. 130 MICHON HAS A 6' PRIVACY FENCE THAT IS NEAR THE ROAD. WE ARE CURRENTLY DOING MAINTENANCE ON MICHON AND WOULD LIKE TO MOVE THE FENCE BACK SO IT IS NOT SO CLOSE TO THE ROAD AND WILL HELP WITH THE LINE OF SIGHT AROUND THE CURVE.
