MR. DEL MOORHEAD HAS REQUESTED MOORHEAD RD. E. AS A PRIVATE ROAD
NAME. THE PROPOSED ROAD NAME IS LOCATED OFF SANDERS WAY, WHICH IS
OFF OF ELM PASS RD.
THE 911 OFFICE HAS REVIEWED THIS REQUEST AND HAS NO ISSUES WITH THE
REQUEST.
UPON ROAD AND BRIDGES REVIEW WE NOTICED THAT THREE OTHER LAND
OWNERS NOT FROM THE MOORHEAD FAMILY LIVE OFF OF THIS ROAD. WE HAVE
SENT OUT CERTIFIED LETTERS TO THE THREE PROPERTY OWNERS TO INFORM
THEM OF THIS REQUEST.
WE FELT THAT A PUBLIC HEARING SHOULD BE SET TO GIVE THE OTHER LAND
OWNERS AN OPPORTUNITY IF THERE MIGHT BE AN ISSUE WITH THE PROPOSED
NAME.
AT THIS TIME WE ASK THE COURT TO SET A PUBLIC HEARING FOR MONDAY,
