recent inspection of your facility by Texas Commission on Jail Standards Inspector Jackie Semmler has
demonstrated that your facility is in compliance with Texas Minimum Jail Standards.
This certificate of compliance is a direct result of your department's commitment to excellence and
further attests, signifies and demonstrates your department's dedication and professionalism in
maintaining a safe, secure, and sanitary facility.
It is imperative that each facility have the budgetary support of their respective Commissioner's Court in
order to maintain a safe and secure facility. Therefore, I would like to commend the Kerr County
Commissioner's Court for their continued support of jail operations.
