COMBINE LOT 132 (1.57 ACRES) AND LOT 133 (2.05 ACRES), WHICH.WOULD MAK.E
THE PROPOSED LOT 132-R 3.62 ACRES. LOT 132-R WILL BE SERVED BY A
CENTR.AL WATER SYSTEM AND AT THIS TIME NO REVIEW IS REQUIRED BY OSSF.
VISTAS ESCONDIDAS DE CYPRESS SPRINGS IS A PLATTED SUBDNISION
THEREFORE THE COMBINING OF LOT 132 AND 133 MUST FOLLOW THE REVISION
OF PLAT PROCESS.
