SAN ANTONIO AIRLIFE' S GUARDIAN ANGEL PLAN
Came to be heard this the 14th day of December, 2009, with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Williams, the Court unanimously
approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to:
Adopt the San Antonio AirLIFE's Guardian Angel Plan, and permit payroll deduction for
the purpose of enrolling, with the cost to be paid by the employee.
