Came to be heard this the 14th day of December, 2009, with a motion made by
Commissioner Baldwin, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court unanimously
approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to:
Approve recommending to Security State Bank and Trust, the Trustee of the Charles
Schreiner Road Fund, for the expenditure of funds in accordance with the Budget
approved by the Court for this current fiscal year.

Re: Schreiner Road Fund
Dear Judge Tinley:
Under the terms of the Agreed Judgment in Cause No. 00-531-B, Security State
Bank and Trust was appointed Trustee of the Charles Schreiner Road Fund, with
the County Judge and Commissioners Court of Kerr County serving as Advisory
Trustee. At least once each year, the Commissioners Court is to recommend to
the Trustee in what manner the earnings of the trust should and can be best.
expended to carry out the purposes of the trust.
We now hold a total of approximately $24,000.00 in undistributed income. These
funds are available for distribution at the request of the Commissioners Court.
Absent a request from the Commissioners Court, we will continue to accumulate
income in the account. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
