We have determined that the Texas Wild 9uhCh Company, Taxpayer Na.
3-00082-7244-2, qualifies far exemption from state franchise tax and
state sa?es tax. In the event that we have reason to believe that it no
longer qLa}ifies for the exemptions, we wil] notify tha regiskered agent
that the exempt status is under review. 're franchise tax exemption as a
501(c)(3} organization is effective May Y, 1987,
I are notirying our Revenue Accounting Division that the Corporation is
entitled to a refund of past paid franchise tax. The Statute of Lini-
tations is four years and no refund can be processe0 which exceeds this
period- Any auestians about the refund should be directed to the Revenue
Accounting Division, Credits Section.
This carporatinn also qualifies for exemptiah from the state and loco]
sales taxes eftPCtive the date of this letter as a 501{c)(3) organi-
zatlan. It may now issue an exemptio~r certificate in lieu of the sales
tax on taxable items if they relate to the purpose of the exempt
organization and are not used for the personal benefit of a private
stockholder or individual. The Certificate does not require a nurnf~er to
be valid and may be rEproduced it any quantity.

us.
