Dear Jeannie:
Per our discussion, Patterson & Associates would be delighted to extend our contract for investment
advisory services with Kerr County.
The difficulties you and the Treasurer have encountered in consolidating information and funds for
investment purposes has made the task a difficult one but we know that as these internal conditions change
we can move the portfolio more effectively.
As such; recognizing that budgets are tight and interest rates are low this year, we are willing to offer the
County a set rate of $ I ,000 per month for our complete services as listed in the current agreement. Based
on the asset balances we have seen this past year this would represent a savings of about $6,000 for the
County in the coming year. Next yeaz we can adjust if necessary.
