The difficulties you and the Treasurer have encountered in consolidating information and funds for investment purposes has made the task a difficult one but we know that as these internal conditions change we can move the portfolio more effectively. As such; recognizing that budgets are tight and interest rates are low this year, we are willing to offer the County a set rate of $ I ,000 per month for our complete services as listed in the current agreement. Based on the asset balances we have seen this past year this would represent a savings of about $6,000 for the County in the coming year. Next yeaz we can adjust if necessary. If I can be of further service, please let me know. Sincerely, Linda T. Patterson President PATTERSON & ASSOCIATES Iad~~EST~1=6vT PROFESS104~n~S
