Came to be heard this the 1 ~` day of January, 2009, with a motion made by Commissioner
Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Williams, the Court unanimously approved by a vote
of 3-0-0 to:
Approve the bonds of all other officials-elect whose terms of office commence on
January 1, 2009, to the extent those bonds have not otherwise been approved by prior
Commissioners' Court Orders.
