Came to be heard this the 26th day of January, 2009, with a motion made by
Commissioner Williams, seconded by Commissioner Letz, the Court unanimously
approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to:
Approve preparing and forwarding to Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) an
Intended Use Plan (IUP) for Transmission Line portion of Center Point/Eastern Kerr
County Wastewater Project as required between Center Point and a Wastewater
Treatment Facility, to be offered for consideration as part of the proposed Federal
Economic Stimulus Program.
