PAGE 103, HE ALSO OWNS THE LARGE TRACT TO THE WEST OF THE 20 FOOT
ROAD EASEMENT.
MR. SELIG WOULD LIKE TO ABANDON, VACATE AND DICONTINUE FROM THE
RECORDED PLAT LOTS 216-222 AND ALSO ABANDON, VACATE AND DISCONTINUE
THE 20 FOOT WIDE EASEMENT THAT FRONTS LOTS 216-222. THIS 716 L.F.
PORTION OF THE EASEMENT WAS NEVER BUILT. SINCE MR. SELIG ALSO OWNS
THE 78.0 ACRE TRACT OF LAND TO THE WEST OF THIS ROAD EASEMENT THIS
PIECE OF PROPERTY WILL NOT BE LAND LOCKED. THIS TRACT IS NOT PART OF
CENTER POINT ESTATES UNIT TWO RECORDED PLAT.
AT THIS TIME WE ASK THE COURT TO SET THE PUBLIC HEARING TO ABANDON,

Bill Williams, Jonathon Letz and I were talking yesterday about re-scheduling the public hearings that
were supposed to happen yesterday. We decided that we needed the item on the next agenda, the first
meeting in July, I think July 13.
The item from last May 11 meeting said "Consider, discuss and take appropriate action to vacate Lots
216-222 in Center Point Estates, Unit Two, as recorded in Volume 3, Page 103, Kerr County Plat
Records, and/or set a Public Hearing if required." (Comm. Williams, Pct. 2)
I think we need to revise the item like this (additions in red): "Consider, discuss and take appropriate
action to vacate Lots 216-222, including the twenty (20) road adjoining these lots to the west, in Center
Point Estates, Unit Two, as recorded in Volume 3, Page 103, Kerr County Plat Records, and/or set (a)
Public Hearings if required."

The only thing that exists right now is the subdivision plat. The commissioners are aware of this item, as
we discussed it on the May 11 meeting, so I don't think they need to see anything right now. I will get
with the county attorney, and at the time of the public hearing, I am fairly sure he and I will come up
