This Com~7lissioners' Court and the Kerrville City Council will hold a
joint meeting at ?:00 Y.M., Wednesday. July ?9, ?009, at the Kerrville Public
l utility Board Meeting Room.
1.1 Consider, discuss and take appropriate action regarding funding
and other aspects of City/County jointly provided services or
operations, including, but not limited to: EMS, Fire Departarent,
~ Library, Recycling Center, Animal Control and Airport.
l.? Consider and discuss City of Kerrville policies regarding the
Economic Improvement~Corporation, including but not limited to
the City Council's position with regard to the l~conomic
Improvement Corporation's support of projects which are located
.~p outside of the corporate limits of the City of Kerrville and projects
upon property in which Kerr County owns an interest and the role
of the Economic Improvement Corporation, the legal makeup of
the Economic Improvement Corporation, the permitted
expenditures of Economic Improvement Corp~~ration funds, the
role(sj or function(s) of city staff and/or City Council in matters
presented or to be presented to the Economic Improt~~eme~7t
Corporation, authority and actions taken by Co~~ncil subseduent to
Economic Improvement Corporation decisions and responsibilities
regarding funding and compliance of L~.conomic Improvement
Corporation approved projects.
1.3 Consider, discuss and take appropriate action on regulation, rules
and other issues concerning properties and/or subdivisions in the
