MEETINGS ACT. (TITLE S, CHAPTER 551, GOVERNMENT CODE
AND TITLE 5, CHAPTER 552, GOVERNMENT CODE.)
This Commissioners' Court and the Kerrville City Council will hold a
joint meeting at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday. July 29, ?009. at the Kerrville Public
Utility Board Meeting Room.
1.1 Consider, discuss and take appropriate action regarding f~mdin~~
and other aspects of City/County jointly provided services or
operations, including, but not limited to: EMS, F;`ire Department,
~-~ Library, Recycling Center, Animal Control and Airport.
I.2 Consider and discuss City of Kerrville policies regarding the
Economic Improvement~Corporation, including but not limited to
- the City Council's position with regard to the Lconomic
Improvement Corporation's support of projects which are located
,~p outside of the corporate limits of the City of Kerrville and projects
upon property in which Kerr County owns an interest and the role
of the Economic Improvement Corporative, the legal makeup af~
the Economic Improvement Corporation, the permitted
expenditures of Economic Improvement Corporation funds, the
role(s) or function(s) of city staff and/or City Council in matters
presented ~~ or to be presented to the Economic Improvement
Corporation, authority and actions taken by Council subsequent to
Economic Improvement Corporation decisions and responsibilities
regarding funding and col~npliance of Economic improvement
Corporation approved projects.
1.3 Consider, discuss and take appropriate action on regulation, rules
and other issues concerning properties and/or subdivisions in the
