"DOG DAY OF SUMMER" IN AUGUST, 2009 AT FLAT ROCK PARK
Came to be heard this the 22nd day of June, 2009, with a motion made by Commissioner
Letz, seconded by Commissioner Baldwin, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of
4-0-0 to:
Approve Mr. Palmer coordinating the "Dog Day of Summer" from 8:00 am to 12:00
noon on August 8, 2009 at Flat Rock Park, and to work with Animal Control in
establishing that event, and that Janie Whitt, from Animal Control, will have control over
the safety aspects, with the dogs to be on leash only that day, wearing their collars and
tags.
