Dear Commissioner Williams,
I am requesting a road closure for the 12th Annual Wine & Beer Tasting, held in conjunction
with the Texas Arts & Crafts Fair. The Wine & Beer Tasting event is held May 22, 2009 from
6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Our request is to close Riverside Drive from the Texas Arts & Crafts Educational Foundation
west property line to the Kerr County Youth Exhibition Center east property line from 5:00 p.m.
to 11:00 p.m. Please see the enclosed map with the highlighted area to illustrate requested
closure.
Our goal is to use this area for a parking area and shuttle area for the Wine & Beer Tasting
Event.
