Let me call to order this specially called meeting of the Kerr County Commissioners Court posted and scheduled for this date and time, Thursday, November 12th, 2009, at 9 a.m. It is that time now. The sole agenda item this morning is to I canvass the official election results for the 2009 November General Constitutional Amendment Election as per Texas Election Code Section 67. Ms. Alford, our Elections Department Director, has provided us with the cumulative I!, report of the Kerr County results for the Constitutional Amendment Election held on November the 3rd, 2009. And, for the record, I will include these -- these results. I'm not going to break it down as to early voting and election day voting; I'm merely going to call out the total vote. Proposition 1. Voting for the proposition, 2,470; against the proposition, 1,861, for a total of 4,331 cast votes. There were 3 over-votes and 81 under-votes. For Proposition 2, voting for the proposal, 3,098; ,258. Total cast votes, 4,356. Total votes cast, 4,342, with 2 over-votes and 71 under-votes. Proposition 4. Number 4, voting for the proposal, 1,971 -- 70 votes. Excuse me, 1,970. Against, 2,330, for a total cast votes of 4,300, with one over-vote and 114 under-votes. Proposition 5, voting for the proposal, 2,461. Against the proposal, 1,815, for a total cast votes of 4,276, with 4 over-votes and 135 under-votes. Proposition 6, voting for the proposition, 2,529; against, 1,745. Total cast votes, 4,274; 2 over-votes and 139 under-votes. Proposition 7, voting for the proposition, 2,989; against, 1,336. Total cast votes, 4,325, with 2 over-votes and 88 under-votes. Proposition Number 8, voting for the proposal, 2,872; against, 1,457. Total cast votes, 4,329; zero over-votes and 86 under-votes. Proposition Number 9, voting for the proposition, 3,079; against, 1,235, for a total cast votes of 4,314, with 2 over-votes and 99 under-votes. And, finally, Proposition 11. Voting for the proposition, 3,582; against, 784, for a total cast votes of 4,366, with 3 over-votes and 46 under-votes.
