For several months we have been told that the Odyssey Program would be updated in order to meet their needs, however none of these updates have been completed nor have we received any progress reports relating to any work orders or projected completion dates. Most recently we discussed purchasing a functional program called IPLOW. This program is used by several county collections departments and allows for the proper accounting of monies received and owed by defendants. Although you have no knowledge of the workings of this department you shot down the idea and claimed that you felt like you could get odyssey working. As of this date nothing has been done to assist them in getting that accomplished. This department needs to have a working, functional program to meet their needs. Please provide an update addressing the status the odyssey expert you claimed would come down and assist this department. Additionally provide me with an update on any corrections you have discussed with the odyssey programmers. aldwin Commissioner Precinct #1
