Came to be heard this the 9th day of November, 2009, with a motion made by
Commissioner Oehler, seconded by Commissioner Letz, the Court unanimously
approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to:
Authorize the Kerr County Auditor to perform Audits of the Kerr County Emergency
Service Districts (ESD) Nos. 1 and 2, including performing the Audit for 2007 for ESD
#1.
