TCEQ WATERMASTER REPORT REGARDING FLAT ROCK AND INGRAM
LAKES
Came to be heard this the 9th day of November, 2009, with a motion made by
Commissioner Williams, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court unanimously
approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to:
Authorize lowering lake levels at Flat Rock Lake and Ingram Lake to facilitate dam
repairs and silt-depth determination at a future date to be determined (approximately
October 2010), and provide notifications to appropriate state and federal agencies as
required.
