DECLARE 14 VHF MOBILE RADIOS AS SURPLUS PROPERTY
Came to be heard this the 14th day of September, 2009, with a motion made by
Commissioner Letz, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court unanimously
approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to:
Approve declaring 14 VHF mobile radios from the Kerr County Sheriff's Office as
surplus property, and authorize the Sheriff to use his discretion to dispose of same, as
long as they go to governmental entities.
