ORDER EXPRESSING INTENT TO REIMBURSE WITH TAX EXEMPT
OBLIGATION PROCEEDS
Came to be heard this the 28th day of September, 2009, with a motion made by
Commissioner Williams, seconded by Commissioner Letz, the Court unanimously
approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to:
Approve the Order Expressing Intent to Reimburse with Tax Exempt Obligation
Proceeds for costs associated with constructing or acquiring various capital assets and
improvements within the County, with a cap at 4.9%, including cost of issuance, for two
(2) budget years.
