Re: Request to appoint support staff
Pursuant to Local Government Code Chapter 151, I am respectfully applying to the Kerr
County Commissioners Court for the authority to appoint clerks and assistants necessary
to efficiently perform the duties of this office. This office requests the approval of two
assistant county attorneys and four support clerks. The personnel shall be paid pursuant
to the County's approved position schedule and adopted budget.
This office's probable receipts from fees, commissions, and compensations to be
collected during the fiscal year and probable disbursements of the office will be in
conformance to the County adopted budget for the fiscal year.
I swear all the above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
