				  	FUNDING FOR AIR DUCT CLEANING OF COURTHOUSE AND JAIL
			 	Came to be heard this the  12th day of April, 2010, with a motion made by Commissioner
			 	Letz, seconded by Commissioner Williams, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of
			 	4 -0 -0 to:
			 	Accept the  recommendation  of Maintenance  Director  and  authorize  him  to  negotiate  a
			 	Contract with Air Tech, authorize the County Judge to sign same after review by County
			 	Attorney, with the funds to come from the Maintenance Department's Maintenance Line
			 	Item.
