				  	Review  and  discuss  FY  2010 -11  Budgets  and  fiscal,  capital
				  	expenditure and personnel matters related thereto including,  but
				  	not    	limited    	to,    	Cost    	of   	Living    	Adjustment,    	Salary
				  	Considerations,  Staffing Levels, Health Benefits and Insurance.
