				Came to be heard this the 9th day of August, 2010, with a motion made by Commissioner
		     	Letz,  seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of
		     	4 -0 -0 to:
		     	Approve that existing outdoor arena is  not to be torn down until  after the Kerr County
		     	Fair in October 2010.
