	     	We will move the acquisition funds into the sewer construction budget and will re- distribute the 1b sewer and
	     	17b sewer budgets according to the bid.  1b sewer funds are used for public side work and 17b sewer funds are
	     	used for work on private property.
	     	There will not be any additional administration invoices.   	We know that there are no funds available.
	     	You'll need to verify the engineering invoicing with Keller.  Currently, you have 2 contracts with TetraTech —the
	     	first is for the grant engineering budget of $100,800.  TetraTech also has a contract with you for $20,000 for
	     	additional services related to the re- design of Ranchero Rd.   	These services are being paid with the UGRA
	     	matching funds.   	I believe UGRA deposited the full $25k match commitment with the County over a year ago.
	    	TetraTech's additional services contract is for $20, so you should have $5k left in that budget that we can use for
	     	construction.
