		     	Williams, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court unanimously approved by a vote
		     	of 4 -0 -0 to:
		     	Approve use of $5,000 from fund 28 for Edoc to scan and index 22 volumes of microfilm
		     	images and death and military discharge records that are not backed up.
