	 	We will provide relays to unlock 6 secured doors upon activation of the fire sprinkler system. Items included in this cost are:
	 	Run the cables.
	 	Provide and install the relays.
	 	Program the system.
	 	Revise the shop drawings.
	 	Test the system.
	 	Total  parts and labor= $1035.00
								     	Customer Acceptance
	    	The price and conditions for this Change Order are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. The contractor shall not be responsible for
	    	redesigning nor upgrading any existing work that may be affected by this change. This Change Order, upon its execution, shall become part of
	    	and conform to the terms and conditions of the existing contract as identified above.
