								    	HIRING FREEZE
		     	Came  to  be  heard  this  the  16th  day  of  August,  2010,  with  a  motion  made  by
		     	Commissioner  Oehler,  seconded  by  Commissioner  Williams,  the  Court  unanimously
		     	approved by a vote of 3 -0 -0 to:
		     	Approve placing Kerr County under a hiring freeze, and if any department head or
		     	elected official lost a budgeted position, they can come to Commissioners' Court for
		     	approval to have that position reinstated.
