		     	Came  to  be  heard  this  the  23rd  day  of  August,  2010,  with  a  motion  made  by
		     	Commissioner  Williams,  seconded  by  Commissioner  Baldwin,  the  Court  unanimously
		     	approved by a vote of 4 -0 -0 to:
		     	Approve setting Pre - Adjudication Rate at $95.00 per day effective on October  1, 2010,
		     	and  allowing  Judge  Tinley  to  approve  and  sign  contracts  upon  receipt  from  other
		     	Counties.
