		     	Came  to  be  heard  this  the  23rd  day  of  August,  2010,  with  a  motion  made  by
		     	Commissioner  Letz,  seconded  by  Commissioner  Oehler,  the  Court  unanimously
		     	approved by a vote of 4 -0 -0 to:
		     	Approve Acceptance of Pam Cornett's retirement effective August 31, 2010, and filling
		     	her  position  as  Chief  Deputy  with  Michelle  Schneider,  beginning  at  a  19.1  salary,
		     	effective September 1, 2010.
