					This the  12th day of February, A. D. 1951,  came on to be  considered by the  court,  the
			  	fixing of the  bounties on predatory anlmla  in Kerr County and the payment  of the affidavits
			  	now on file by various  claimant.,  and  it appearing to  the  court that the bounty on fox should
			  	be 41.00,  on wildcats,  42.50,  and on wolves  or  coyotes,  415.00,  and  that  a bounty of 506
			  	ahould  be fixed an raccoon(' to begin on February 15, A.  D.  1951,  therefore  by motion duly
			  	made  by Eckstein,  seconded  by Goff and unanimously approved by the court that Kerr County
			  	pay the  following bounty until  further determined by this  court to -wit:  41.00 on fox, 42.50
			  	on wildcats,  415.00 on wolves end  ooyotes and .50# on raccoons,  the later to begin February    	'
			  	15, A. D.  1951, the County Clerk be  and  is  harreby authorized  to  draw voucher against the
			  	County Treasurer to each of the individuals for the payment of the  bounties ea per their
			  	affidavits an file,  payable out of  the General Fund. of Kerr County.
			  	No.  5052.  CHAS. SCHRKINER BANK, UNINCORPORATED, CHOSEN AS COUNTY DEPOSITORY.
					This  the  12th day of Pebruary,  A. D.  1951,  came on to be  considered  by the  Court, the
			  	choosing of Chas. Schreiner Bank  (Unincorporated)  of Kerrville,  Texas,  offering its services		   	I I I
			  	as depository of all County, School and Trust Funds of Kerr County for ensuing two years,		     	I,
			  	end without payment  of  interest on  daily balances and without  service  °berg. to Karr County,
			  	Tama, and with the understanding that any unnecessary bookkeeping now es  being rendered  by		    	'.
			  	said depository may be agreed upon between Commissioners'  Court and Depository is  to  be
			  	eliminated,  and  it appearing to  the Court that  Chas. Schreiner Bank is the Bank chosen in
			  	Kerr County, Texas, for said Depository.
					Therefore by motion duly made by Eckstein,  seconded  by Goff, and  unanimously ohoaen
			  	and accepted  by the Court and that said  bank 1s awarded the  County Depository for ell County,		  	Al i
			  	School and  Trust Fund. of the County for the next two years at no interest on daily balances
			  	and that all unnecessary bookkeeping now es being rendered  by the  depository may be  agreed
			  	upon between Commissioners'  Court end Depository 1..to  be  eliminated,  end said Bank,  is  hereby
			  	directed to make good and sufficient  bonds as depository of each of said funds in the proper
			  	form prescribed by law end submit  sus to this  Court.for approval.
