AWARD BID FOR LAW ENFORCEMENT ANNEX/ADULT PROBATION
BUILDING
Came to be heard this the 8th day of February, 2010, with a motion made by
Commissioner Williams, seconded by Commissioner Letz, the Court unanimously
approved by a vote of 4-0-0 to:
Accept the bid and award the bid to Kendnel Kasper Construction Company in the
amount of $780,822.00 for Bid Packages 2 and 3, as submitted, and include Alternatives '
2 and 3 as recommended by the Project Architect, and authorize the County Judge to '
enter into a Contract for the construction of this building, (excluding Bid Packages 1 A, B
and C since the County will be performing that work). '
