2010 CERTIFICATION OF KERR COUNTY JUVENILE FACILITY
BE IT REMEMBERED that on the ~~ day of January, 2010, the
members of the Kerr County Juvenile Board have certified the Kerr County
Juvenile Facility, located in Kerrville, Kerr County, Texas, as suitable for
the detention of children in accordance with the Texas Family Code, Section
51.12 and the Texas Juvenile Probation Commission standard 343.2(a). The
facility has a rated capacity of 25 pre-adjudicated residents.
