Since we are still stuck with acquisition and are behind schedule, we need to have this report signed by
the County Judge.
I've let TDRA know you are working very hard to evaluate our options and resolve the issue, but we are
all aware that acquisition can really de-rail a project sometimes.
Please have the Judge sign the bottom of page 2 where indicated and fax back to me at your earliest
convenience.
