COMBINE LOT 132 (1.57 ACRES) AND LOT 133 (2.05 ACRES), WHICH WOULD MAKE
THE PROPOSED LOT 132-R 3.62 ACRES. LOT 132-R WILL BE SERVED BY A
CENTRAL WATER SYSTEM AND AT THIS TIME NO REVIEW IS REQUIRED BY OSSF.

1. I reviewed the OSSF statement under item #1 in General Notes for Vistas Escondidas De Cypress Springs
Estates plat and it looks good. O.K. to go forward on our end.
2. We are waiting for septic tank abandonment on Lot 1 of Steven's Ranch before we will approve the plat. I
spoke to Lee Voelkel about this yest~rday and sent him tank abandonment procedures. That is the only
remaining item we are waiting for on this one. I will let you know once this has been completed.

Lee Voelkel dropped off the plat for Ste~en's Ranch and also for Cypress Springs Estates. Ste~en's Ranch can go straight to
final, under the Alternate Plat Process. The Public Hearing for Cypress Springs Estates is Monday, lanuary 25, 2010. We
can go to Final on that right after the Public Hearing. I would likre to call Lee and tell him he can proceed with the mylars
on both. I don't krnow if Lee will be able to get them to us by Monday's deadline, but wanted to check~ with you if you are
OK with both of these projects7
