SUBJECT: Fina1 Inspection of Meagan Manor Subdivision, and Recomm.endation to
Accept for Maintena.nce.
Following our Fina1 IrLSpections, we concur that the Developer and the Engineer have
su.fficiently remedied the deficiencies set forth in my letter of February 25, 2008. I
therefore recommend to Kerr County Commissioners Court that they accept the
Subdivision for main.tenance.
The only action by the Developer and Engineer is to remove the temporary irrigation
systems installed to obtain a stand of grass in a major area of erosion and bare R.O.W. I
left a nate for Kevin Spraggins, P.E., toda.y, to ha.ve the irrigation removed and to contact
you when it is completed.
