Came to be heard this the 8th day of March, 2010, with a motion made by Commissioner
Letz, seconded by Commissioner Oehler, the Court unanimously approved by a vote of
4-0-0 to:
Approve amending Court Order #5051 to remove bounties on predatory animals, with the
exception of coyotes, and use a Bounty Application Affidavit prepared by the County
Attorney for all future Bounty Payment Requests, with the program to be taken over by
Animal Control and the funds to be taken out of the Animal Control Operating Budget.

This the 12th day of February, A. D. 1951, cams on to be considered by the court, the
fixing of the bounties oa psedstory eaimis in Karr County and the payment of the affidavits
nae on file by various olaimeats, and it appearing to the court that the 04 on fox should
be #1.00, on wildcats, 42.50, and on wolves or coyotes, #15.00, and that a )iIptgi['1tg of 500
should be fixed on recooons to begin on February 15, A. D. 1951, therefore by motion duly
made by gokstein, seconded by Goff and unanimously approved by the court that Karr County
pay the following iy until further determined by this court to-wit: #1.00 on fox, $2.50
on wildcats, 415.00 on wolves and coyotes and-504 6a. raccoons, the later to begin February
15, A. D. 1951, the County Clerk be and is hereby authorized to draw voucher against the
County Treasurer to each of the individuals for the payment of the bounties as per their
affidavits on file, payable out of the General Fund.of Karr, County.

No. 5052. CHAS. SCHREINER BANK, UNINCORPORATED, CHOSEN AS COUNTY DEPOSITORY.
This the 12th day of February, A. D. 1951, came on to be considered by the Gourt, the
choosing of Chas. Schreiner Bank (Unincorporated) of Kerrville, Texas, offering its services
as depository of all County, School and Trust Funds of Kerr County for ensuing two years,
and without payment of interest on daily balances and without service charge to Karr County,
Texas, and with the understanding that any unnecessary bookkeeping now as being rendered by
said depository may be agreed upon between Commissioners' Court and Depository is to be
eliminated, ¦ad it appearing to the Court that Chas. Schreiner Bank is the Bank chosen in
Karr County, Taxes, for said Depository.
Therefore by motion duly m ado by xckstein, seconded by Goff, and unanimously chosen
and accepted by the Court and that said bank is awarded the County Depository for all County,
School and Trust Funds of the County for the next two years at no interest oil dally balances
and that all unnecessary bookkeeping now as being rendered by the depository may be agreed
upon between Commissioners' Court sad Depository is.to be eliminated, and said Bank, is herok
