The bid proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at this time and place. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. The security must be payable to Kerr County in the amount of five (5 %) percent of the bid submitted. Contractor must execute the contract, bonds and certificates of insurance on the forms provided in the Contract Documents. Contractors for this Project must pay no less than the prevailing wage rates for the area established by the Owner and included in the contract documents. Performance and Payment Bonds are required.
