				 	PROPOSAL FROM CITY OF KERRVILLE RELATING TO SUBDIVISION
								STANDARDS AND RULES IN THE ETJ
			  	Came to be heard this the  10th day of May, 2010, with a motion made by Commissioner
			  	Letz,  seconded  by  Commissioners  Williams /Baldwin,  the  Court  unanimously  approved
			  	by a vote of 4 -0 -0 to:
			  	Direct the County Attorney to request an Attorney  General  Opinion on the applicability
			  	of the Model Subdivision Rules in the ETJ, and direct the County Attorney to invoke the
			  	Arbitration Clause under Chapter 242 of the Local Government Code to resolve the issue
			  	of Subdivision Rules in the ETJ.
